As part of the Brand Creative team, I supported large-scale activations and community events with budgets of over $200K. My work included vendor sourcing, event operations, outreach, and project management for campaigns that reached thousands of customers and community members.
Challenge
Pacsun needed a high-impact activation at Outside Lands with a $200K budget and multiple stakeholders. Our challenge was coordinating vendors, managing costs, and delivering a branded experience that drove measurable sales.
Process
I dug into the experiential side of the activation, scouting potential partners and evaluating which vendors could deliver both creatively and reliably.
Once vendors were identified, I helped with outreach, requesting quotes, scheduling meetings, comparing options, and negotiating details to keep everything aligned with our budget.
I helped bring the activation vision to life by shaping the pitch deck, turning vendor details into clean visuals and contributing to cohesive slides.
Behind the scenes, I got hands-on with the logistics: ensuring coordination with live screen print ran smoothly and making sure clothing units were dispersed properly, prepping and loading merchandise for shipment, and coordinating Uber vouchers for 15+ associates.
Results
Our Outside Lands activation delivered on sales, brand presence, and long-term value. By managing budget, vendor outreach, and event preparation, the campaign became both a cultural touchpoint and a blueprint for future Pacsun experiences.

Challenge
Pacsun partnered with LAFC and the Beatrice Martin Foundation to host a community event, providing free clothing, books, and backpacks to local students in need. Our challenge was organizing the distribution of 2,000 units (valued at $30,000) while ensuring the event ran smoothly. This required coordinating volunteers, interns, and associates, managing the setup and layout, partnering with LAFC management, and delivering a supportive experience.
Process
I shaped the event layout by planning traffic flow, organizing 2,000 units for distribution, and collaborating with LAFC to create a smooth setup.
From loading and staging merchandise to positioning boxes for easy access, I made sure inventory was organized in a way that kept setup efficient.
I led a team of 10 Pacsun store associates, assigning roles and guiding them through the day to ensure every student was supported.
Working alongside partners, I helped bring the event to life, distributing items to more than 500 students in need.
Results
Bresee Backpack Day was about more than giving out clothes, it gave students in need the confidence to start their school year with pride. In partnership with LAFC, we provided clothes, books, and backpacks to over 500 local students, ensuring they felt supported and valued. For many families, these items offered both relief and encouragement, showing the power of community when brands give back.
